OzYarn has a nice variety of yarn and very reasonable prices, and they're in Melbourne!
Monica at OzYarn has been very helpful in the last 2x orders I had, I forgot to add an item on one order. I also ordered the incorrect yarn, I emailed OzYarn and Monica assured me I would receive a credit note when I returned the unused yarn. Credit note was issued within 24hrs.
