Shipping

Australia

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • VIC: 2-4 business days
    • Other states: 3-6 business days

Delivery estimates are based on Australia Post’s website and may vary. For the latest updates, check AusPost’s delivery times.

 

Shipping Rates:

  • $10 flat rate shipping (authority to leave) - tracked shipping with Australia Post with Authority to leave. This parcel will be left in a safe place if no one is home
  • $11.95 flate rate shipping with signature. This is also with Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. If no one is home it will be delivered to a post office where you will need to collect. 
  • Express shipping is now available. It is a calculated rate based on postcode, size and weight. This will be available at checkout. It may not be available at all times. If it is not available you can email us at enquiries@ozyarn.com.au for a quote. 
  • We no longer offer untracked envelope shipping

 

Additional Shipping Details:

  • The most accurate and up-to-date dispatch times are shown at checkout when selecting a shipping method, factoring in any current delays.
  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will email you with an estimated arrival time (ETA) and provide options to substitute, refund, or hold the entire order. We do not offer split shipping.
  • If you enter the wrong address at checkout you are 100% liable for lost parcels or parcels being delivered to the wrong address. We will not reimburse or resend orders made with the wrong address. You can email us if you notice the error but there is no guarantee it will be corrected in time. It is your responsibility to double check the address at checkout.

Norfolk Island

  • Norfolk Island is included in Australia flat rate shipping.
  • You need to select "Norfolk Island" instead of "Australia" in the country drop down menu or you may get address errors. 

New Zealand

  • Shipping to New Zealand is calculated at checkout and sent via AusPost Pack & Track (tracking included, no signature required).
  • If you need a signature on delivery, please email us for a custom shipping quote.
  • If no shipping options appear at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally except for New Zealand.
  • You can email us for a shipping quote to other countries.
