$10 flat rate shipping within Australia. Optional envelope shipping option for $3 is available for hooks, needles and accessories. This is a stamped padded envelope not a tracked parcel and may take longer to arrive. The shipping option will appear at checkout if your order is eligible if it does not appear your order is not eligible  

Orders currently take 1-3 business days to be shipped.

If orders are unexpectedly delayed due to stock delays, sudden high order volume, staffing etc they will be compensated with express post on the 5th business day. This is only for unexpected delays where the shipping option at checkout will say “ships in 1-3 business days”. If we expect orders are going to be delayed the shipping option will state the expected dispatch date (eg. “expected dispatch Jan 10”). Orders will not be expressed until 5 business days after the expected dispatch date. 

All orders are shipped with Auspost and require a signature on delivery. If nobody is home it will be taken to a local post office where you will need to collect it. If you would like to request Authority to Leave parcel if no one is home please write “Authority to leave” or specific instructions in the “special instructions” section of the cart. Eg. Please leave parcel behind the big pot plant on the porch. Please be specific with instructions. Something like "deliver to back door" doesn't specify if it can be left unattended. 

New Zealand

$15 flat rate for all orders to New Zealand. Shipped with Australia Post.

We currently do not ship internationally except for New Zealand.
