This cotton/acrylic cake yarn combines the best of both fibres: the breathable softness of cotton with the lightweight durability of acrylic. The soft modern colour pallete wound into a self striping cake makes colour changes effortless and projects more enjoyable. The blend gives excellent stitch definition while remaining gentle on the hands, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced makers.
Lighthouse (factory seconds) are reduced due to dye inconsistencies. The colours did not come out quite right and are occaisionally patchy, but the yarn quality is the same as non factory seconds. Each ball is a little different and orders will not have colour matched balls.

This yarn is easy to work with. Crocheted a blanket using a 4.00mm hook. There was at least one join in each cake. One cake had two joins and unfortunately less than one metre apart. I will use this yarn again. Extremely happy with delivery times.

Incredible yarn - basically a clone of Caron Cotton Cakes. Identical in quality and significantly cheaper. Will definitely buy this again, as I love the way it's plied.
